apply for new expense. Fill the details in the form and click on the icon as per the below screenshot.

It will fill up the required fields FirstName, Last Name, Email, Phone, Supervisor automatically as per the current login user and it will also calculate all Total expense fields.

If user clicks on the + icon to fill up the all expense and the field "Total Reimb" is auto calculated based on the formula ((Total Milage * ReimbRate Total) + Tolls).

If user submits the data then user will receive a confirmation email that his/her request is successfully submitted.
