Duffencreek had no centralised system to track internal tasks and support ticket assignments. Teams were managing work through spreadsheets and emails, leading to missed deadlines, duplicated effort, and no management visibility.
What We Built
Actowis delivered a full ticket management platform built on Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power App for ticket creation, assignment, status tracking and editing
- Dashboard with advanced filtering, edit, and delete options for managers
- Power BI analytics showing open, in-progress and closed ticket breakdowns
- Automated email notifications via Power Automate when tickets are assigned or updated
- MS Planner integration for task visibility across the team

The Outcome
Duffencreek now has full real-time visibility into all internal tasks and support tickets. Managers can see at a glance how many tickets are open, who owns them, and where bottlenecks are — all without leaving Microsoft 365. Manual spreadsheet tracking has been eliminated.
