Functionality

An interactive Ticket Tracker that lists all tickets and allows filtering, sorting, and management of ticket statuses.
Here You can filter it according to status and assigned to.
Planner Board
When a ticket is created through Ticketing System, A task is created in Planner and Notification is sent via email.
Calendar View
In Ticket Tracker screen click on Calendar view and below window will be shown with all ticket details that contains date, assigned to and title of ticket
