What We Built

Actowis built a fully integrated ticketing and quotation system inside Microsoft 365:

  • Custom Outlook Add-in to convert email queries into tickets with one click
  • Power Automate flows to route tickets, send notifications, and update status automatically
  • SPFx webparts for generating and downloading formatted client quotations as PDF
  • Full document search functionality across all tickets and quotations
  • SharePoint as the data backbone — no external database required

The Outcome
