- AI Builder model trained to extract key data from uploaded CVs automatically
- Extracted fields: Candidate name, email, contact number, total experience, skills summary
- Power App interface for uploading CVs and reviewing extracted data before submission
- Extracted data stored in structured SharePoint lists for easy searching and filtering
- Significantly reduces manual data entry — one upload, data extracted in seconds

The Outcome
The recruitment team can now process CVs in a fraction of the time.
